Antique boy named 'Voice Kids' season 3 champion

The smile brought the whole thing. It comes out through the song,&quot; Bamboo Mañalac said.</p><p>Oliveros got 38.07 percent of votes, followed by Antonetthe Tismo and Justin Alva at 36.69% and 25.24%, respectively.</p><p>He will take home P2 million, a house and lot, and a recording contract, among others.</p><p>&quot;Masayang masaya po ako na ako &#x27;yung nanalo ng bahay, ng pera at ng trophy po. Malaking tulong po ito sa amin. Napaluhod po ako kasi sobrang natuwa po ako. Maraming salamat po,&quot; Oliveros told ABS-CBN News after his win.</p><div><strong>Journey to the grand finals</strong></div><p>A young boy from Antique who wants to use his talent to improve his parents&#x27; relationship, first caught the attention of Broadway star Lea Salonga when he belted out &quot;Habang May Buhay&quot; for his blind audition. While it failed to impress Bamboo Mañalac and Sharon Cuneta, his performance was enough to earn him a spot in the next round. </p><p>&quot;I waited for the high note in the end. You only need some adjustment. Salonga commended him for massively improving from his blind audition and outlasting fellow hopefuls Natalie Martinez and Maegan Frondoso in the Battle Rounds. Salonga&#x27;s rival coach, rock icon Bamboo could not help but praise Joshua&#x27;s song choice and performance. </p><p>&quot;Beautifully sung. I like the song choice. Konektadong-konektado ka sa istorya. I&#x27;m sure your man and you dad are proud of you tonight,&quot; he said. &quot;This is the best that you have sung this song. Congrats. Beautiful, beautiful singing.
