MANILA -- "Ang Probinsyano" stars Arjo Atayde and Bela Padilla will star in "OTJ: The Series," the first Philippine original mini-series exclusively produced for the online platform by HOOQ.

"OTJ: The Series" is inspired by Erik Matti's critically acclaimed 2013 movie "On The Job," which starred Joel Torre, Piolo Pascual and Gerald Anderson.

"This 'OTJ' is not about the truth; it's about what you believe in," Matti, who will also direct the series, said in a press conference on Tuesday to announce the cast.

Atayde admitted that "On The Job" is one of his favorite Filipino movies of all time.

Atayde added that his character has a love-hate relationship with Padilla's character. "Two different worlds but still love brings them back somehow," he said.
