<p>Just when she was feeling uncertain of her future in the entertainment industry, Myrtle Sarrosa was given a project that assured her of her place in showbiz.</p><p>On Tuesday, the Kapamilya actress was launched as the Ginebra 2018 calendar girl, succeeding Kim Domingo. Sarrosa joins the ranks of Arci Muñoz, Marian Rivera, Georgina Wilson and Solenn Heussaff who have also posed for the liquor brand’s calendar in the past years.</p><p>“Right after graduating, unsure ako sa kung ano ang dadating sa career ko. Hindi ko alam kung magpu-pursue pa ba ako ng showbiz kasi after ko grumaduate, hindi ko na talaga alam &#x27;yung susunod para sa akin. Grateful ako na right after I graduated, pinili ako ng Ginebra,” she said.</p><p>While being a calendar girl for a liquor brand is often equated to just doing sexy poses, Sarrosa said she her photo shoot had a different concept.</p><p>“This one, instead na mag-take off kami ng clothes, nag-put on kami ng iba’t ibang costume. Gusto namin i-bring out &#x27;yung mas millennial feels. Kasi usually ine-equate nila &#x27;yung pagiging sexy sa pagiging trashy. So we want to put out na you can be sexy and confident and unique and you can put out new characters,” she said.</p><p>The actress said she had a hand in every layout that she did, and she is thankful that she was allowed to share her opinions.</p><p>“Gumawa kami ng iba’t ibang unique characters sa bawat brand na meron ang Ginebra. Isa sa pinasikat na ginawa ko is yung si San Miguel mismo, the angel.
