<p>MANILA -- KC Concepcion finally received her diploma 10 years after graduating from college.</p><p>The actress graduated with a degree in International Communications from the American University of Paris in August 9, 2007.<br/> <br/>“It&#x27;s been 10 long yeas and they never sent it to me. So I took it upon myself to go and pick it up. So I feel like I just officially graduated today.
