When I think about a six-month period of time, we can say it’s a long time, but now that I’m looking back, from Seoul to the Philippines, time actually moved so fast,” Jay said through an interpreter.</p><p>“We still have our encore concerts in Seoul but ‘Fate’ tour’s official last stop is in the Philippines. Thank you so much because the ‘Fate’ tour is ending with all of you ENGENEs,” he told throngs of fans that filled the New Clark City Athletics Stadium in Tarlac on Saturday.</p><p>“We’re so happy that we saved the best for last,” said Jake. “I think we’re ending the ‘Fate’ tour with such an amazing audience with amazing people.”</p><p>One would truly find Filipino ENGENEs commendable as many of them overcame long distances just to reach the stadium — typically a two-hour drive from Manila if there’s no traffic — and witness Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Niki play at a bigger venue compared to the one from their previous visit. It also marked the first time that the Tarlac stadium hosted a concert.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/02/07/23/why-enhypen-added-3rd-show-to-tours-manila-stop">Why Enhypen added 3rd concert to tour’s Manila stop</a></div><p>Listening to the cheers throughout the three-hour show, one could easily forget that a vast majority of the audience waited outside the stadium for hours prior to showtime. </p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ESDmoloB7TE?&amp;pp=ygUUZW5oeXBlbiBhYnMtY2JuIG5ld3M%3D&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div><p>Enduring the heat, fans kept themselves busy with various activities at the “ENtertainment Zone” set up beside the venue, including booths for fan-made merchandise giveaways, standees of the members for photo opportunities and even amusement park rides such as a Ferris wheel.</p><div><strong>Performances</strong></div><p>When the clock struck 7, ENGENEs let out deafening and frenzied screams as the septet, decked in white and gold, took the stage and opened the evening with the thrilling “Drunk-Dazed.” Beams of green laser then cut through the red-drenched stage as the boys showed off forceful moves in a dance intermission before cranking up the decibels again with “Blockbuster.”</p><p>ENHYPEN’s discography draws from a variety of genres and sounds, and it was evident in the “Fate” concert. Pairing these songs with dance routines, striking background videos, bursts of confetti and other stage gimmicks, concertgoers were treated to a visual and sonic spectacle.</p><p>Among the songs performed were the reggae-esque “Let Me In (20 CUBE)” from the group’s debut extended play, the subdued yet alluring “Fever,” and hip-hop-leaning singles “Future Perfect (Pass the MIC)” and “Blessed-Cursed.”</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/12/04/22/enhypen-on-why-trying-different-genres-matters">Why exploring different genres matters for K-pop group Enhypen</a></div><p>Channeling their inner rock stars, the boys dished out “Attention, please!” and the anthemic “Shout Out” — the latter an undeniable highlight of the concert as virtually the entire audience sang along.</p><p>There were, of course, calmer moments, especially when the group split into units.
