<p>Two of GMA Network&#x27;s top executives are looking forward to a stronger relationship with ABS-CBN after a historic deal that gave another platform to the hit Kapamilya noontime program &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime.&quot;</p><p>Starting April 6, &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime&quot; will be shown on GMA&#x27;s main channel, on top of GTV.</p><p>&quot;There was this feeling of a unique kind of happiness because of the sense of unity, gratitude, and happiness that we all felt when we were together,&quot; GMA Network president and chief executive officer Gilberto Duavit Jr. recalled in a speech after their contract signing. </p><p>&quot;We are very proud, very happy to have &#x27;It&#x27;s Showtime&#x27; on GMA,&quot; he added. &quot;You bring so much joy to so many people. Ipagpatuloy niyo ang magandang programa, pagandahin pa natin, at lalo pa nating palawakin ang madlang Kapuso, madlang people, madlang Kapamilya.&quot;</p><p>GMA Network chairman Atty. Felipe Gozon, for his part, believes that the new deal confirms the end of the so-called network war between ABS-CBN and the Kapuso network. </p><p>&quot;[It also] strengthens the collaboration between ABS and GMA,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;I think we can expect more mutually beneficial collaborations that will benefit the viewing public...
