In a notice on fan community app WeVerse, BigHit Music said the 29-year-old rapper and songwriter would unveil the album titled "Right Place, Wrong Person" on May 24.

The record is "an 11-track album that captures some of the universal emotions that we all experience at some point in life, such as the feeling of being an outsider who doesn’t fit in," BigHit said.

It is also the latest offering from BTS, whose members are currently fulfilling their mandatory service in the South Korean military.

RM began his service last December, enlisting around the same time as his bandmates V, Jimin and Jungkook.
