"RJ" was the first one in line in Araneta after more than 500 people lined up to buy tickets to BINI's 2nd and 3rd day of solo concert. Kevin Alabaso, ABS-CBN NewsMANILA -- Imagine waking up really early a day before the ticket selling so you could camp out at the ticket booth for your favorite group, only to find out four people already beat you there—three days ago.

This was what "RJ" and her friends did right after music label Star Music announced last April 4 that P-pop girl group BINI would have a second day in their BINIverse concert.

On April 5 (Friday), at 6 a.m., civil engineer RJ and her three friends were already staying near the ticket booth in Araneta since they were "anticipating very long lines."

RJ told ABS-CBN News that they also tried last April 2 to get tickets for Day 1 of BINI's concert but had no luck, even though they were the ninth in line at the Robinsons Galleria.

This is why they started lining up four days before the actual April 9 selling date of tickets for Days 2 and 3 of the concert.

RJ said the hardest part of camping for four days was managing their budget.

"Nagkaroon kasi kami ng additions sa group. Four lang talaga kami originally pero 'yung mutuals ko from Day 1 concert na camping, gumusto na rin mag-camp noong nalaman nilang nagka-camp kami, [and] they were college students," RJ said.

"Kailangan namin i-make sure na pasok din sa budget nung students 'yung paggagastusan namin tulad ng accommodation, kasi until 1 a.m. lang kami pwede mag-stay dito sa booth. After that, nagsi-stay kami somewhere for six hours, pero every three hours bumabalik kami sa booth to take a time check video para may proof pa rin kami na andito kami sa area," she added.

Interestingly, RJ's companions were not her close or long-time friends.

In fact, she only met them in person on the first day of their camp.

"Actually, naging friends ko lang rin sila noong nag-announce for day 2. Nakilala ko sila sa X (formerly Twitter). I first met them noong April 5 and parang 4 kami na nagsimulang mag-camp and we all had the same idea to camp that early just for BINI," she said.

RJ also revealed that she only became a fan of BINI during their UP Fair stint last February.

"Ang naghatak sa akin para maging fan ay ang 'MikhAiah!', yung friendship nila. Nakita ko na lang rin sa feed ko then nag-visit ako sa YouTube nila hanggang sa na-hook ako sa song nila na 'Karera,'" she said.

But other than being a fan of the so-called nation's girl group, she also had something different in mind on why she started camping so early.

"Bale bagong fan lang kasi ako e since noong February lang ako nag-start. So parang ang thinking ko parang mayroon akong hinahabol akong years sa journey nila na na-miss out ko. So itong first solo con[cert] nila, ayaw ko talagang ma-miss out 'yung first solo con nila. Gusto ko talagang nandoon ako kaya talagang pinush ko," RJ said.

Was the 4-day camping worth it?

For RJ, it definitely was as she was able to secure four SVIP Center tickets for the third day of BINI's concert.
