They guided out throughout the recording, it was a fun process,&quot; he said.For Canlas, &quot;Gupit&quot; teaches listeners how a haircut can give people a feeling of relief and jumpstart to move forward after a heartbreak.&quot;It&#x27;s a process and we have ways on coping ... here in &#x27;Gupit&#x27; na-realize ko na parang na you have to dwell, it&#x27;s not an instant thing na &#x27;pag na-break &#x27;yung heart mo, you will do something, mawawala na agad,&quot; the ALAMAT member said.  &quot;Ayun, &#x27;yung &#x27;Gupit&#x27; kahit papaano nababawasan &#x27;yung pain or you&#x27;ll be able to dwell on it and realize some things, you&#x27;ll be able to process it,&quot; he added.  The Juans&#x27; RJ Cruz added how the song also stresses that healing should start in yourself.&quot;If you listen to the song, you&#x27;re gonna seek questions na &#x27;para ba &#x27;to sa sarili ko, kaya ba ako magpapagupit kasi kailangan kong magbago&#x27; so &#x27;Gupit&#x27; talks about inside and out transformation,&quot; he said.ALAMAT and The Juans&#x27; &quot;Gupit&quot; is now available on various online streaming platforms.
