Anna Cerezo, ABS-CBN News</figcaption></figure></div>The release of Juan Karlos Labajo’s latest record “Sad Songs and Bulls**t Part 2,” marks the end of his sad boy era in music.According to the singer-actor, the second installment of the two part record was long overdue.“Basically there were 20 songs coming from hundreds of songs we filtered. And then put it out in just one album. But then time was the enemy. I was busy with shoots, performances, business so we decided to compile and release part one first. But then after the release the schedule became even more hectic,” he said in an interview in Pasig City, Saturday afternoon.<div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/4/21/fans-express-concern-as-juan-karlos-labajo-suffers-apparent-injury-2034" id="isPasted">Fans express concern as Juan Karlos Labajo suffers apparent injury </a></div> “Sa sobrang delay ang tagal ko na naka-move on. Ang dami na nangyare sa buhay ko. Kung sino-sino na nameet ko. Matagal na akong hindi [sad boy]. It is not anymore,” he added. The album has  9 tracks — “Gusto Kita,” “Limang Taon,” “Bukas,” “Kasing Kasing feat. Kyle Echarri,” “Tulog na,” “Tanga mo Juan,” “Baka Sakali,” “Medyo Ako feat. Moira,” and “Bagong Simula.”Albeit busy with tapings, Labajo is currently working on new music. He, however, revealed  the next releases will no longer be drawn from his own experiences, contrary to his previous titles.“I am tired of talking about my feelings. Puro na lang feeling ko! feelings ko. Pano naman feelings niya,” he said in jest.“I am making music now, but I am putting time and effort in the TLC,” he added.The “High Street” actor teased that the muse for his next record will most likely  be his grandmother.“This thing I&#x27;ve been wanting to work on for a long time, this next project is going to be about my lola. Her life story. This path she created for herself for her lifestyle. Feeling ko magiging sawi yung Christmas song. last year masaya eh,” he said.The “Ere” singer revealed he is slated to star in a series of movies this year.
