Photo by Josiah Antonio, ABS-CBN News"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia. <em>Josiah Antonio, ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia will bring &quot;Inside Out 2&quot; character Lance Slashblade to life for the film&#x27;s Tagalog dub, set to be released on the online streaming platform Disney+ next week. </p><p>Lance Slashblade is a video game character introduced in the sequel of the hit animated film &quot;Inside Out.&quot; Riley, the protagonist of the film, had a secret crush on him when she was young.</p><p>The experience showed Garcia the difficulty of dubbing and being a voice actor.</p><p>&quot;Ginawa ko siya kahit na kinakabahan ako and while doing it akala ko madali lang, ang hirap pala niya para siyang may kailangan kang hawakan habang nilalabas mo &#x27;yung emosyon doon sa sinasalita mo para lang maging mas expressive ka,&quot; the actor said on Wednesday.</p><p>&quot;Ang gandang experience niya sa akin kasi doon ko nakita and the value na hindi madali ang maging voice actor, napakahirap na trabaho niya,&quot; he added.</p><p>Asked for the challenges he faced during the process, he said: &quot;Sobrang lalim ng Tagalog, dapat malaki, so mas mahirap sa akin kasi &#x27;yung usual ko kapag mga pelikula.&quot;</p><p>&quot;Alam ko na kung ano &#x27;yung binigay ko roon, mas subtle lang &#x27;yung acting so hindi malaki &#x27;yung mga ginagawa ko pero rito ang laki ng mga emosyon,&quot; he added.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/7/1/inside-out-2-tops-n-american-box-office-for-third-weekend-1253">READ: &#x27;Inside Out 2&#x27; tops N.
