<div><img src="https://od2-workbench-api.abs-cbn.com/api/upload-raw/20250201130236/346a4577c431c536191a2a1bc0e099eab7e807803f7a1ab7ac2011fe3f74fb13.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px"/></div><p>The PMPC Star Awards, Inc. has announced the nominations for the 38th Star Awards for Television, featuring Janice de Belen as this year&#x27;s top honoree.</p><p>De Belen will receive the Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement Award for her extraordinary achievements to Philippine television and film, which span decades since her career began in the 1980s with the soap opera &quot;Flordeluna,&quot; making her the original Teleserye Queen.</p><p>Meanwhile, veteran broadcast journalist Julius Babao will be honored with the Excellence in Broadcasting Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes his decades of dedication to journalism and public service.</p><p>Fans and admirers of popular tandems KimPau (Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino) and BarDa (Barbie Forteza and David Licauco) will be pleased and filled with &quot;kilig&quot; as their cherished love partners receive the German Moreno Power Tandem Award.</p><p>The Star Awards for Television is one of PMPC&#x27;s three annual award ceremonies, together with the Star Awards for Movies and the Star Awards for Music.
