Elisse Joson on balancing motherhood and career: ‘It’s not easy but worthwhile’

<p>Elisse Joson admitted that balancing motherhood and career is challenging but the journey is worth it.</p><p>&quot;Actually it&#x27;s not easy. Kung ano &#x27;yung nakikita niyo sa social media is not all that. Siyempre hindi rin naman din mapakita lahat but at the end of the day it&#x27;s all worthwhile,&quot; she said in an interview with PUSH TV.</p><p>On the biggest adjustment she had to do when she became a parent, she relayed: &quot;Pinakamahirap na masasabi kong adjustment is the balancing act. &#x27;Yung time, &#x27;yung scheduling, working, and also being hands on kaya saludo talaga ako sa mga moms who are able to do just that.&quot;</p><p>Despite the challenges, Elisse remarked that it is such a joy to see her daughter, Felize, evolve and grow.  </p><p>&quot;She&#x27;s doing great. Every day napapansin ko ang bilis &#x27;yung mga mga little things na nagagawa na niya, na kaya na niyang gawin. Now, nothing is clearer to me than to be the best me, to be the best mommy, for you,&quot; Elisse wrote on her Instagram page as she announced the arrival of Felize in 2021.</p><p>She added: &quot;I am lucky to have your daddy in my life and we are very lucky to have you, our greatest blessing, in our lives.&quot;</p>
