For her, it’s more than just letting go of her long hair–– it’s a sign for a new beginning.</p><p>“As the year draws to a close, cutting your hair becomes more than just a change in appearance. It’s a symbol of renewal,” she wrote.</p><p>Awra added that she is ready to face the new year with a better mindset.</p><p>“It’s a reminder to yourself and those around you that you’re embracing the future with optimism, ready to grow stronger, and more beautiful. Just like the strands of hair that will start anew alongside the fresh start of the year,” she added. </p><p>Fans of the social media influencer expressed how gorgeous she looked in her new hairstyle. She expressed her regrets and assured everyone she has learned from the experience.</p><p>“The mistakes and all the damages that were done [were] mine and I am willing to take accountability and responsibility. I will take all of these as a lesson that I will carry for the rest of my life,” she previously wrote. </p>
