<p>BLACKPINK Lisa has been into collecting POP MART toys and said it was a friend who first introduced to her the brand.</p><p>&quot;I just got into POP MART early this year and I learned about this from one of my close friends in Thailand,&quot; she relayed in a video uploaded by <em>Vanity Fair.</em></p><p>She recalled that she was not a fan of it first when she visited a POP MART store in her home country.  </p><p>&quot;When I went in Thailand, she was like, &#x27;Oh let&#x27;s go to POP MART.&#x27; And I was like, &#x27;What is POP MART?&#x27; She was like, &#x27;It sells toys and stuff, we should go and check.&#x27; And then I went with them and to be honest I was like not into it at all. No, I&#x27;m not going to spend my money on this and then they came out they were like, &#x27;Oh my god, the one I want, it sold out. It was hard to get,&#x27;&quot; she recounted.</p><div><iframe width="1226" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-Bci1a1CF80" title="Lisa&#x27;s Secret Obsession with POP MART | Vanity Fair" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>Her friends then showed her more POP MART toys and she eventually got fascinated by them.</p><p>&quot;Then they showed me a bunch of stuff and as soon as I got them, I went crazy. I spent all my money. I go to POP MART everywhere if I fly to New York, I go to Miami, I try to find POP MART there, Paris. If she doesn&#x27;t have a tale, we call her Labubu,&quot; she explained.</p><p>The singer also unboxed a CRYBABY x Powerpuff Girl figure and a PUCKY Roly-Poly Kitty figures.</p><p>As per its website, POP MART is a &quot;rising global force in pop culture and entertainment.&quot; Its purpose is &quot;to celebrate daily moments and inspire through designer toys and fun experiences.&quot;</p>
