Ayaw niya po na very public figure talaga. Gusto niya private life lang,” Fyang added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Despite her father&#x27;s concerns, Fyang remained determined to pursue her goal.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Ipinaalam ko po sa kaniya tapos ipinaalam ko sa Mommy ko. Yung Daddy ko, ayaw po talaga, si Mommy po very supportive talaga since Day 1 ng aking audition until the end pero yung sa Daddy ko, unti unti naging okay na. Before po hindi ko po magawa gawa kasi nga nahihiya ako magaudition eh wala pa po akong kasama,” Fyang recalled.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Tapos one time po yung friend ko call me na, ‘Tara audition tayo’ tapos ako ‘Sige sama ako.’ Yung parang audition ko po na iyon, trip trip lang,” she added.</p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/2024/10/26/fyang-smith-of-mandaluyong-is-hailed-as-the-pinoy-big-brother-gen-11-big-winner-058" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Fyang Smith of Mandaluyong is hailed as the Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 big winner</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>Reflecting on her time inside the iconic yellow house, Fyang admitted that she faced criticism and judgment.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Grabe yung pinagdaanan ko kay Kuya, lahat ng masasakit, lahat ng galit, yung buong journey ko po hindi naging madali lalo na po yung maraming judgment,” Fyang expressed.</p><div><br/></div><p>Fyang acknowledged that her strong personality made her an easy target for criticism.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Noong nasa loob pa po ako, alam ko naman. Kung papatol po ako, iprove ko lang na tama yung judgment nila. Pinatunayan ko lang na kaya ko magbago.”</p><div><br/></div><p>Fyang also admitted how she values authenticity, saying, “Very important po sa akin iyon kasi if magbabago ka, hindi ikaw iyon. You’re big plastic. Niloloko mo lang iyong sarili mo. Late ko na po siya narealize, actually. Kailangan ko po talaga na hindi puro sa sarili ko kasi may nakapaligid sa akin na importante kaya dapat isipin ko rin kung ano nararamdaman nila kasi kapag nasakatan sila mas masakit sa akin kasi ako yung gumawa,” she explained</p><div><br/></div><p>Fyang then expressed gratitude to Kuya (Big Brother) for helping her become a better version of herself.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Siguro po yung pinakapinagsasalamat ko kay Kuya is on how he changes me talaga as a woman. Kasi po dati super insensitive, kung ano iyong sinabi niya, that’s it. Sobrang tapang na babae.
