<p>Inigo Pascual took to social media to share an update about himself and his family amid the Los Angeles wildfire.</p><p>On his Instagram page, the actor-singer relayed that they evacuated to safety. &quot;Thanks to everyone [who] checked in. Haven&#x27;t been able to respond to all the messages. My family evacuated where we lived last night and everyone is safe, including our furry fam members,&quot; he wrote.</p><p>The actor added: &quot;Praying and claiming for this to end soon. Sending prayers to everyone in LA, esp to those who lost their homes. If you&#x27;re in LA, please stay alert: the fires just seem to pop out of nowhere.&quot;</p><div><strong><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17365106705782025011009014_Inigo Pascual IG Story.png" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></strong></div><p>According to a report by the Associated Press, at least 10 lives have been lost, and thousands of structures have been burned as wildfires fueled by powerful Santa Ana winds swept through the Los Angeles area.</p><p>Residents fled smoke-filled canyons and celebrity neighborhoods as major fires, including the Palisades, Eaton, and Sunset fires, forced evacuations for 130,000 people. Over 450,000 were without power.</p><p>Inigo has been pursuing acting projects in Los Angeles in recent years. </p><p>In 2022, he starred in the Fox series <em>Monarch</em> wherein he played the role of Ace Grayson.</p><p>In an interview back in 2022, Inigo relayed how he landed the role in the series.</p><p>&quot;For Ace, there wasn’t much given to me. It just says that he was adopted. He’s a singer who struggles with anxiety. And so one of my auditions actually was originally Ace was supposed to have seizures. Part of my audition and callback was doing a seizure. It’s not like in the Philippines where a project is given or a project is offered to you. In America, kahit na sikat na sikat ka na, you’re still asked to audition for certain things.&quot;</p><p>Inigo remarked that the audition process made him appreciate his craft even more. &quot;It was cool to experience that because it makes you appreciate your craft even more. It makes you appreciate your process of auditioning,&quot; he highlighted.</p><p>In 2024, Inigo starred in the apocalyptic thriller <em>Homestead</em> released in US theaters in December.</p>
