Maria, her Interpersonal Psychotherapy Level A training was not just about gaining tools to help others heal, but is also a personal awakening.</p><p>&quot;I walk away with a deeper understanding of my own connections,&quot; she said. &quot;I&#x27;m grateful to the doctors, psychologists, and counselors who generously shared their stories, knowledge, and wisdom during this journey.
