Every time I come back, it feels like my second home, so I was very happy,” the 34-year-old actor said through an interpreter during his “In Love” fan meet at the New Frontier Theater. The event, organized by Viu Philippines, marks In-youp&#x27;s return to the country following his previous fan meeting in 2022.Throughout the event, the actor playfully engaged with his Filipino supporters. For instance, he kept asking, “Did you just arrive?” to fans that entered the venue after his opening number.“Very Filipino time. I know that,” In-youp, who briefly lived in Davao City before entering the Korean entertainment industry, said in jest.Fans also got the chance to get up close and personal with In-youp, known for starring in K-dramas such as “True Beauty,” “Why Her” and “Family By Choice.”At one point, he roamed the aisles of the venue, allowing for more intimate interactions with the audience.Several fans were also invited to the stage to take polaroid photos with In-youp, some imitating romantic scenes from “Family By Choice.”He also played games, including a basketball relay and “couple jump rope,” with fans, resulting in a hi-touch session with all audience members as the prize. A hi-touch session involves fans doing a high five with the artist after the show. In-youp also showed that he is a man of many talents, performing several songs, including “Slow Dancing” by BTS member V, and dancing to a snippet of “Ice On My Teeth” by K-pop boy group ATEEZ. Fans also created a special video for In-youp, featuring greetings of “Welcome back to the Philippines” from various parts of the country. “I’ll really try my best to show you guys what you want to see of Hwang In-youp,” he said towards the end of the show. “Of course, we’ll never forget today.”
