Very motherly, very sisterly, that&#x27;s why I call her Ate Glo, coz she’s my big sister. She has a big heart, kind heart and loving heart,&quot; says Rodriguez.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2025/1/29/more-celebrities-pay-tribute-on-last-night-of-gloria-romero-s-wake-1233">House adopts resolution honoring Gloria Romero</a> </div><p>During the tribute dinner for Romero last year, Dulce was one of the guest performers. She sang the iconic theme song &#x27;Tanging Yaman&#x27; infront of the movie icon herself. Reminiscing that memory today made Dulce shed some tears. </p><p>&quot;Saka makita ko, ang saya-saya niya, ang saya ni Tess… Alam mo yun, nawala yung isang tunay na reyna ng Pelikulang Pilipino.&quot;</p><p>Veteran actress Liza Lorena, who lives near Romero&#x27;s residence, described her neighbor as sweet, regal and a queen. </p><p>&quot;Hay naku, I&#x27;m going to miss you, Glo. My darling Glo. Breaks my heart and I still can&#x27;t believe that you&#x27;re gone. We were just together.
