Gray/Instagram </span></span></span></div><p>Catriona Gray recently opened up about undergoing liposuction, saying it helped boost her confidence. </p><p>The former Miss Universe made the revelation in a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DFcoGcPzjHb/?hl=en">video</a> by beauty doctor to the stars Vicki Belo, where she joined two other beauty queens: Michelle Dee and Celeste Cortesi.</p><p>&quot;I even tried lipo for the first time here, at the back of my arms,&quot; said Gray, who is a Belo Beauty ambassador, adding that &quot;toning and tightening was really my goal.&quot;</p><p>&quot;You can see that&#x27;s just a little thing that I did, and I&#x27;m able to carry myself in a certain way,&quot; she continued. &quot;Because I feel that and that, you know, translates to confidence for me.&quot;</p><p>Dee and Cortesi, who represented the Philippines in Miss Universe years after Gray won the crown, similarly admitted that they had liposuction.</p><p>&quot;So it was during Miss Universe, before I left for the US,&quot; Cortesi recalled, saying she underwent the procedure for her arms just two weeks before the pageant.</p><p>For her part, Dee said: &quot;I did get lipo in the back, specifically around my waist. And yeah, it&#x27;s just a very small portion.&quot;</p><p>&quot;The thing is, as you grow up, we realize that we have stubborn areas...
