<p>Celeste Cortesi extended financial assistance to the victims of the recent earthquakes in Cebu and Davao Oriental.</p><p>Through her beauty brand Asul, the former Miss Universe Philippines-turned-entrepreneur made a cash donation to the Angat Buhay Foundation to help those affected by the Cebu earthquake.</p><p>&quot;On September 30, Cebu was struck by a 6.9 magnitude earthquake, leaving families displaced and communities in urgent need of food, water, and shelter.
