<p>Solenn Heussaff has released a new set of artwork, this time created from upcycled and sustainable materials.</p><p>On Instagram, the actress-artist shared her participation in a collaborative project with Leeroy New and Vito Selma for the benefit of Ayala Foundation communities. </p><p>&quot;PROTEGERI - to protect. When I got a call asking if I would be willing to create sustainable art alongside @newleeroy and @vitoselma for the benefit of the communities of Ayala foundation and with S.C. Johnson, YES was a no brainer,&quot; she shared.</p><p>Solenn said the experience was both meaningful and educational.</p><p>&quot;I learned a lot along the way and met great people, motivated kids  and talented weavers. The art we created is made with plastic bottles, upcycled sachets, discarded wood, yellow pages, and more. All artists have about 3 pc each or more in [collaboration] with the Ayala communities in Makati and El Nido,&quot; she said.</p><p>She explained the story behind the sustainable art pieces she created.</p><p>&quot;My painting signifies protection and hope and is framed by hours of rolled up and hand woven yellow pages varnished in black,&quot; she said.</p><p>She went on: &quot;My driftwood pc blooms with hand painted and cut out plastic bottles, and my asymmetric painting bursts with hand woven flowers made with yellow pages.
