<p>MANILA -- Neil Arce took to social media to share his message for his son Joaquin, who is now officially one of the official housemates of &quot;Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.&quot;</p><p>On Instagram Stories, Neil shared his short but heartfelt post for Joaquin, PBB&#x27;s &quot;Rising Star ng Muntinlupa.&quot;</p><p>&quot;Gonna miss you, child. I&#x27;m a huge fan of &#x27;PBB&#x27; as a show.
