<p>MANILA -- Singer-songwriter Davey Langit has passed away, his wife confirmed Wednesday.</p><p>Therese Villarante-Langit shared the sad news through a social media post as she paid tribute to her husband, saying he &quot;loved life more than anyone I&#x27;ve ever met.&quot; </p><p>She added that her husband &quot;fought fiercely &#x27;til the very end&quot; until he passed away on Tuesday, October 21. </p><p>&quot;He felt so loved by you all these past few days. Thank you for filling his heart with so much gratitude, community, and hope,&quot; she said of Langit, who was earlier revealed to have a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWdqxz0_iVI">rare spinal infection</a>. </p><p>Villarante-Langit went on to announce details of her husband&#x27;s memorial from October 23 to 26 at the Phoenix Memorial Chapels &amp; Crematory in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and at St. Peter Urdaneta from October 27 to 29.</p><p>&quot;Thank you for being part of Davey’s life.
