<p>Ruffa Gutierrez took to social media to share her realizations about love and commitment, inspired by the enduring marriage of her parents, Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez.</p><p>On Instagram, the actress recounted a phone conversation she recently had with her mother.</p><p>&quot;I called my mom earlier and she said, &#x27;Mamaya na, Ruffita. Inaasikaso ko pa si Daddy mo,&#x27; then hung up,&quot; she recalled.</p><p>She went on to describe how witnessing her parents’ dynamic, especially while her father has been unwell, moved her deeply.</p><p>&quot;Over the past few weeks, while Dad hasn’t been feeling well, I’ve watched how Mom poured all her time and energy into caring for him. Seeing them still in love after 52 years together makes me believe that forever really does exist,&quot; she remarked.</p><p>Ruffa then shared the realizations she drew from observing their relationship: &quot;Watching my parents and how they’ve stood the test of time made me realize two things:</p><p>1 ~ I’m grateful to still be able to spend quality time with them…and I’m speaking on behalf of my siblings too. Family is everything. ❤️</p><p>2 ~ After all the ups and downs I’ve faced…the heartbreaks, the lessons, and the moments where I had to stand strong on my own…I’m holding on to the promise that God doesn’t want me to give up on the dream of having a beautiful family.</p><p>Because I deserve it.
