<div><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust:100%">Concert King Martin Nievera is in love and he’s not afraid to let the world know about it.  </span></div><p>The OPM icon took to Instagram to pen a heartfelt birthday message for his non-showbiz girlfriend, Anj Del Rosario, on her special day.</p><p>In a touching Instagram post that quickly warmed the hearts of his followers, Martin shared a photo of Anj along with a caption of affection and gratitude.</p><p>“To the woman who holds my heart and makes me so very happy, thank you for being so patient with me and my life and all that my life asks of you. Thank you for being the sunshine in my everyday, especially the cloudy ones,&quot; the Concert King wrote.</p><p>Martin also shared his appreciation for their relationship, saying that he looks forward to the memories and years ahead shared together:  &quot;We have shared so many beautiful memories together and I just can’t wait to share even more with you as the years go by.&quot;  </p><p>&quot;I just want the world to know that I love you so much and that you’re my everything!
