Taylor Swift on why she forgot to tell Ed Sheeran about her engagement: ‘He doesn’t have a phone!’

<p>American singer and songwriter Taylor Swift revealed that she forgot to tell her good friend, Ed Sheeran, about her engagement to American professional football player, Travis Kelce. He doesn’t have a phone. He doesn’t have a phone,” Taylor explained.</p><p>She revealed that she and the English singer-songwriter would communicate through emails or FaceTime with the latter using a tablet rather than a phone.</p><p>“He doesn’t have one that works so he doesn’t have a phone and this is like one thing I love about him–– it’s very eccentric. Love it but when I’m going through, being like, ‘hey who should we call? Who should we FaceTime?’ I’m going through my texts and who have I texted within the last month of my life? Oh no’ He’s like family like I love him but he doesn’t have a phone,” she maintained. </p><p>In the comment section of the show’s post, Ed confirmed that he was using his tablet while watching the clip.</p><p>“Hello from my allotted iPad time, this is factual,” he wrote. </p><p>Meanwhile, Taylor just released her latest album, <em>The Life of a Showgirl</em>, available on all music streaming platforms. </p>
