<p>Shuvee Etrata turned emotional in her Instagram post on November 10, as she shared how painful it was to see her hometown, Cebu, devastated by the recent typhoons. She shared that many Cebuanos have lost not only their homes and livelihoods but also their loved ones. “I carry Cebu with me wherever I go, kaya masakit makita ang kapwa ko Cebuanos maging biktima ng pinsala ng Typhoon Tino at Typhoon Uwan. Magtulungan po tayong bumangon,” she wrote. </p><div><br/></div><p>She encouraged her followers to act with empathy and accountability, hoping that this time, recovery would mean more than just rebuilding what was lost. “Pero sana, this time, hindi lang tayo bumangon para masabing matatag tayo.
