Andrea Brillantes is on cloud nine after meeting Ariana Grande anew at the recent Wicked: For Good premiere night in Singapore.On Instagram, the young actress recalled how watching Wicked in theater back in 2022 left a lasting impact on her.&quot;I still can&#x27;t believe this happened. 🥺💚 🩷 Three years ago, I sat by myself in a theater watching my first-ever musical. The movie is a sequel of the Wicked movie which was released in November 2024.In an interview in BBC&#x27;s The Arts Hour in January this year, Ariana teased what fans can expect in the sequel&quot;I think, you know these women (Elphaba and Glinda) have so much in them and there&#x27;s a lot that happens to them. And you just get to know them at very new depths,&quot; Ariana shared.The actress-singer remarked she is particularly ecstatic for the audience to witness the emotional arc of her character.&quot;Glinda&#x27;s arc in particular, I am very excited for people to see just because I really, really love her. And I think you get to see many examples of strength and forgiveness, and love, and again holding up that mirror and truly becoming good. That&#x27;s what I&#x27;m most excited about is for people to see the emotional arc,&quot; she remarked.The actress also shared that fans can expect &quot;so many amazing prosthetics&quot; in the sequel. &quot;The prosthetics team and the hair and makeup team are just extraordinary. I can&#x27;t wait for you to see their work on what happens to things later. It&#x27;s just extraordinary,&quot; she relayed.Wicked: For Good is directed by Jon M. Chu.The first part of the Wicked movie breached the $500 million mark at the global box office. It also received 10 nominations for the Oscars.
