<p>Bianca Gonzalez shared what made her decide to bring her two daughters, Lucia and Carmen, to the Trillion Peso March in September. </p><p>In an interview with Karmina Constantino on the <em>KC After Hours</em> podcast, Bianca relayed that she wanted to encourage her kids to become socially aware at a young age. </p><p>&quot;They are ten and seven so we feel na naiintidhan na nila kahit papaano. We brought them to the rally. My husband (JC Intal) and I brought them to the rally and we really wanted to explain to them the reason why we were there because they saw the news. At that time, it was the flooding all around Metro Manila,&quot; she said. </p><p>Bianca recounted how she explained the situation to them in simple terms. &quot;The way we just explained it is there are baddies who are our leaders and then they are stealing the taxpayer&#x27;s money that are supposed to go to projects. And because they stole the money then a lot of homes are flooded and people have nowhere to live, so as basic as that. We went to the rally [and] every sign they asked about, the chants, we tried to explain,&quot; she shared.  </p><p>The television host added that the experience left an impression on their daughters. &quot;Thankfully on the way home, my younger daughter said, &#x27;Mommy the next rally you go to, can I go with you? And actually just yesterday, my younger daughter told me, they have kasi an upcoming parang bazaar in school.  And the class talks about what they will use the class funds for and then sabi niya at certain time she suggested that what they earn from the bazaar, she said she wants to donate it to the people in Cebu... and the classmates daw agreed and the teachers they talked about it. They will help them find, I guess where to donate the money so it makes me so proud,&quot; she stated.</p><p>The Kapamilya host shared her hopes for her daughters&#x27; future, sharing: &quot;I want them to grow up figuring out what they want to do in life, figuring out what they are good at, but at the same time being aware of what&#x27;s happening in the country, in the world, and hopefully trying to help do something about it.&quot;</p><div><iframe width="928" height="522" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/aHBaL4BWKDE" title="EPISODE 61: Bianca Gonzalez talks about her passion for career, family and country." frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><p>In the same interview, Bianca also reflected on how she became vocal about social issues without worrying about how it might affect incoming projects.</p><p>&quot;I think I am the way I am because when I started sharing, di pa uso social media so parang feeling ko in terms of like projects or brands that would want to work with me, alam na nila na ganun ako dati pa,&quot; she highlighted. </p><p>She also opened up about what she had to endure to stay outspoken. &quot;I think being willing to be open to bashing was a huge part of it kasi you can&#x27;t be game for the bashing if you decide to speak up eh, which is hard. Not easy at all, 2022 was the rurok. I think I still have trauma from 2022. But again I go back to what good is this platform or voice if i just use it for myself, right? When I can, I try to encourage the younger generation of stars... it is more of just using your voice to stand up for what is right, what is good, what you believe in. Hopefully more artists get to do the same,&quot; she stated.</p>
