Kendra Kramer takes home 8 medals from a swimming competition in Thailand

<p>Last year, Kendra Kramer, eldest daughter of celebrity couple Doug and Chesca Kramer, proudly took home two medals after competing abroad. She wrote, “2023 ACSC was an eye-opener for me. I realized that it wasn’t enough to just show up a few times in a week for training, I had to put in more work and more effort. I felt bad that I wasn’t able to perform at all, no podium finishes. It hurt! But, it was equal to the minimal effort I put. I wanted something to change. I learned that to reap the results that I wanted, I had to work hard for it.</p><p>“It took two years to see the fruits of my labor and witness God’s amazing grace. Fast forward to this weekend, 2025 ACSC. I was so nervous, I knew I would be up against many talented swimmers. Thanks for always pushing me and motivating me! The best is yet to come! Kendra, mom and I truly believe in you! People will see the 3rd place, the 2nd place, and might even question it, but they don&#x27;t see and realize the climb you&#x27;ve done from the bottom. But we have.</p><p>“All the sacrifice of training 2x a day, waking up 430am, getting in land and gym workouts, to balancing school and other commitments.  These are the seeds you&#x27;ve been planting, and you&#x27;re slowly starting to harvest. Through God&#x27;s grace, you will achieve more than just podium finishes.</p><p>“But inspire and motivate others to be an athlete for Christ. Keep shining baby girl! We&#x27;re right behind you! Papa and mama is so proud of you. ❤️🙏”</p>
