<p>Lily Collins candidly opened up about the challenges of balancing motherhood with her career as an actress.</p><p>In an interview on <em>Good Morning Americ</em>a, the actress admitted that stepping into motherhood has brought a shift in her priorities, one that hasn&#x27;t been easy to navigate. Lily&#x27;s daughter was three months old when she started shooting the fifth season of <em>Emily in Paris.</em></p><p> &quot;You have a different purpose and it&#x27;s really tough, it&#x27;s really hard. I have a greater purpose now and I miss her so much. She visited the set but I&#x27;m still figuring it out in real time, you know. It&#x27;s a struggle and I&#x27;m just so grateful to be able to do both.&quot;</p><p>The actress also revealed that becoming a mother has helped her let go of perfectionism, especially when it comes to work.</p><p>&quot;You cannot focused on perfectionism when you are focused on all these other hats that you are wearing and you are just really trying to figure it out. I said to everyone this year, I am really good with memorization, I am really good with knowing my lines. But I said you guys, this year, give me some grace. I have not slept, I am very tired, and I may not be on my game. And you know what? Who was in the blooper reel more this year? Me... Three years held in your arms has been the greatest gift,&quot; she wrote.</p><p>The actress went on: &quot;Barefaced and in a basic tee, you make me feel like the most special human on the planet.
