<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:950px;display:block" width="950"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1764645389860MaMe.jpg" style="width:950px;display:block;height:auto" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="950"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left"><em>Screen grab: YouTube/ABS-CBN Entertainment</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA -- Actor Matteo Guidicelli talked about his relationship with wife, Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo, as he guested on ABS-CBN&#x27;s &quot;Kuan On One,&quot; hosted by Melai Cantiveros.</p><p>In the interview, Guidicelli recalled how he always say or manifest that Geronimo will be his wife someday.</p><p>&quot;I knew when I was 15 or 16 years old, I told my team, &#x27;this woman will be my wife,&#x27;&quot; said Guidicelli, who was born and raised in Cebu. </p><p>Guidicelli said it was in Cebu when Billy Crawford introduced him to Geronimo. After studying college in the United States, he returned to showbiz and was given a chance to guest in one of Geronimo&#x27;s concerts abroad where they worked for three weeks.</p><p>To cut the long story short, Guidicelli started pursuing Geronimo after the concerts. </p><p>Now, Guidicelli and Geronimo are married for five years but have been together since 2013. Nothing is ever perfect,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;In a relationship and you know this,  what you see on social media are all perception, hindi ba? It&#x27;s all perception, it looks happy, perfect. But behind that, behind every love story, there&#x27;s a real rollercoaster ride, there are ups and downs, there are challenges. And all these challenges make us who we are today. They help build wisdom. Hindi &#x27;yung pag-give up, wala na,&quot; he said. </p><p>Guidicelli said relationship works when a couple knows how to compromise. &quot;And always put God in the middle, always,&quot; he added.</p><p>In five years of being married, Guidecelli has learned the importance of patience and humility. </p><p>&quot;First few years of marriage if we had a fight, you had to stand your ground &#x27;No, it&#x27;s this way!&#x27; But now, after five years,  you really learn na talagang patience.
