She expressed how grateful she is to celebrate Carlos’s 25th birthday with him.</p><p>“To my favourite person in the universe and my heart&#x27;s biggest blessing, happy 25th birthday mahal ko Carlos 🥳🎂 I wish you nothing but the best and the fulfillment of every dream you hold close to your heart,” she wrote.</p><p>“I’m beyond grateful to love you, laugh with you, and grow with you—thank you Lord God.
