<p>Actress-turned-vlogger Kristel Fulgar is now engaged to her Korean boyfriend, Ha Su-hyuk. He was interviewed on several things about his future plans with her and what he promised once they tied the knot.</p><div><br/></div><p>“I have a lot of promises with her. A very important promise I made to her is that I’ll never give up on her. I’ll never change how I treat her–– it’s very easy for me,” he said.</p><div><br/></div><p>It was also shown in the vlog all the preparations he made which included buying the bouquet of flowers, pumping air into the balloons, and many more.</p><div><br/></div><p>During the proposal, which was done on a rooftop, he made sure to let Kristel be the last person to come up. The actress was very much surprised with the gesture and was emotional already once she reached her partner.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Actually, I didn’t prepare a speech because I know as soon as I see your face I already know what I want to say. I always knew that my baba will be the last woman I would love… If it weren’t because of you, I wouldn’t know how I would live,” he shared.</p><div><br/></div><p>“You will be my last love… You will be the only one I want to love forever. Hindi ko pinagsisihan na siya &#x27;yung first boyfriend ko at 29 years old. May goal kasi ako and diniscuss ko rin sa kanya na gusto ko &#x27;yung first boyfriend ko, siya rin &#x27;yung maging last ko. And hopefully gusto niya &#x27;yun matupad,&quot; she previously shared.</p>
