Former Mara Clara star Wowie de Guzman has built a successful career as a Zumba instructor. In a recent interview with Gladys Reyes on her YouTube vlog, he shared how dancing continues to be both his passion and main source of livelihood.&quot;Wala akong ibang ginagawa ngayon kundi magsayaw dahil naging Zumba instructor ako. Talagang nagustuhan ko kasi siya, unang-una very good sa health ko,&quot; he shared.Wowie relayed that the Zumba community has opened a lot of opportunities for him. &quot;&#x27;Yung opportunity na ibinigay sa akin, grabe. Hindi ko akalian na ganun kalaki &#x27;yung community ng Zumba dito sa atin. Magmula ng naging Zumba instructor ako halos nalibot ko na &#x27;yung buong Pilipinas,&quot; he shared.The actor shared that one of the unexpected joys of his Zumba career is meeting longtime fans of Mara Clara, the hit teleserye where he played the role of Christian.&quot;Ang pinaka the best sa lahat dun is &#x27;yung mga pumupunta sa event ko ay mga talagang nag-follow sa atin sa Mara Clara,&quot; he said.The actor-dance recalled that some fans even remember the name of his character in Mara Clara. &quot;Dun ko na-realize na ang Mara Clara grabe &#x27;yung na-touch niyang buhay, kumbaga naging part tayo kasi ng pamilya eh. Kumbaga panghapon tayo hanggang naging primetime so nakakasama nila tayo nung time natin.
