I love you, my love,” Patrick shared. </p><div><br/></div><p>Meanwhile, Nikka took to her Instagram account to share how happy she has been for the past 10 years that they have shared as a couple. She expressed how their intimate celebration was “the best day yet” for her.</p><div><br/></div><p>“10 years. 10 beautiful years of choosing each other every single day! 10 years of wanting to be the best for each other… and for our children! ‘Basta mag kasama tayo, lahat kakayanin’ …we renewed our vows and it was the most amazingly perfect day 🥰 the BEST day… yet,” she wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>Friends and fans of the couple sent their well wishes and congratulatory messages in the comment section of her post. </p><div><br/></div><p>Patrick and Nikka got married back in March 2015. Since then, the two have been sharing their love for one another on social media. They have four children–– Michelle Celeste, Nicola Patrice, Fracisca Pia, and Enrique Pablo. </p>
