Sometimes, he catches me with my mouth open while I go about my daily activities, and we all know that&#x27;s not good for us,” she wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Breathing through the mouth can lead to less oxygen intake, resulting in poor sleep quality and lower energy levels, and it can even affect our facial structure,” she added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Geneva maintained that she tries her best to follow the advice of her boyfriend and is thankful for the support she receives from him.</p><div><br/></div><p>“I strive to do things the right way, but I know it can be challenging at first. I&#x27;m grateful to Dean for always caring about my well-being and for being the best example of how to prioritize wellness and fitness,” she shared.</p><div><br/></div><p>The seasoned singer and actress showed in her Instagram Reel her fitness journey and how she’s extra motivated to do better with the help of Dean.</p><div><br/></div><p>“I’ve learned that exhaling during the exertion phase of a lift is beneficial because it activates the core muscles, which are essential for maintaining a stable and braced posture. Always rooting for you with your growth mindset and I’m with you on making positive changes,” he wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>Geneva has been more vocal about her love life and has been posting about Dean on her social media accounts since earlier this year. </p>
