<p>Former professional basketball player Doug Kramer showed off his physique at 42 years old. He showed photos of himself from two years ago and his body’s current condition.</p><p>“Who said this wasn&#x27;t possible at age 42? And you can do it too! 30 lbs down and exactly 2 years later,” he wrote.</p><p>Doug added that despite him working out consistently two years ago, there was one thing that needed to change for his body to look different–– his diet. He learned that having a bad diet can’t be out exercised.</p><p>“You can workout all you want, but if your eating habits won&#x27;t change, you won&#x27;t see changes,” he added.</p><p>The Filipino athlete then shared some fitness tips to his followers so that they could also try to attain their own physical goals in the future.
