Angel Locsin buys beach property for father

<p>Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin previously bought a beach property for her late father Angel M. Colmenares. In a previous <em>Magandang Buhay</em> episode, the <em>The General’s Daughter </em>star recalled how the idea of buying the property came to her mind.  </p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="670" height="377" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RM2RGKdaDyk" title="Magandang Buhay: Teacher Pie witnesses how good Angel is to her father" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>The father of the actress passed away earlier today, March 5, at the age of 98. </p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2025/3/6/angel-locsin-s-father-passes-away-at-98-1616" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Angel Locsin&#x27;s father passes away at 98</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>In the interview, Angel shared that she wanted to give back to her father who gave them everything they needed and more. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Kung ano makapagpapasaya sa kanya, edi siguro in return ako naman ngayon kasi binigay niya sa&#x27;kin lahat kahit hindi naman namin kaya noon. Triny niya yung best niya na gawin happy yung childhood ko,” she shared. </p><div><br/></div><p>The beach property— located somewhere in the province of Zambales— boasts of a beautiful beach front scenery. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Siguro in return bilang anak kung anong kaya kong ibigay, iprovide edi yun,” she added. </p><div><br/></div><p>Angel expressed that she still had regrets in not being able to get her father’s eyes get operated on in the past. She claimed that it was one of the reasons she stayed in the showbiz industry— to save up for her father’s operation. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Hindi ko kasi napapagamot yung mata ni daddy so nalate ako. Yun rin yung reason bakit ako nag stay sa showbiz— kasi akala ko makakaipon lang ako,” she recalled. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Nalate ako ng ipon di ko napagamot eyes ni daddy hanggang sa too late na,” she continued. </p><div><br/></div><p>While her late father was alright with his situation then, Angel hoped that he saw his children grow up. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Si daddy kasi napaka prayerful nun napakasipag sa church. Siya okay na, ako nalang hindi,” she previously shared. </p><div><br/></div><p>There is no doubt that Angel would give anything for her father who provided everything for them. </p><div><br/></div><p>Meanwhile, the family has requested for privacy during these trying times. They expressed their gratitude to those who sent their condolences. </p><div><br/></div><p>Details of the wake have yet to be announced to the public as of this writing. </p>
