Nikki Gil shares daughter in recovery after being diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease

<p>Singer and host Nikki Gil recently took to social media to share an emotional update about her daughter Maddie, who was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease.</p><p>In an Instagram post, Nikki opened up about the challenges their family faced during Maddie&#x27;s week-long illness.</p><p>“What a week 😮‍💨💕🙏🏼 Maddie was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease — something we had never even heard of. It most commonly affects the coronary arteries in children, which supply oxygen-rich blood to the heart.</p><p> Despite the difficulty of the experience, Nikki said their family found strength in faith and support from others.</p><p> “But even in the scariest moments, God showed up—in the peace He gave, the people He sent, and the healing He allowed.
