He recalled how he used to smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, and pull all-nighters in the past.</p><p>“Dati kasi yosi, alak, puyat, inom and walang paki sa pagkain...ngayon, healthy living na hehe! (konting alak na lang minsan, pramis) Hanap ka lang ng dahilan na mas mahalaga compared sa mga bisyo mo,” he wrote.</p><p>He added several home workouts he’s been doing to maintain the healthy lifestyle. He expressed how things have been much different in his life ever since he placed a premium on his health and family.</p><p>“Kung sarili ko lang ini-isip ko, siguradong nagyo-yosi pa rin ako ngayon, party pa rin ako gabi-gabi, at kakainin ko pa rin lahat ng gusto ko,” he said.</p><p>“Pero pag inisip ko kung gaano ako kamahal ng asawa&#x27;t mga anak ko, parang ayoko pumayag na hindi ako magpaka-healthy for them,” he added.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2025/3/4/chito-miranda-thankful-for-dismissal-of-complaint-against-wife-neri-naig-1124"><strong>READ: Chito Miranda thankful for dismissal of complaint against wife Neri Naig<br/></strong></a></div><p>Chito maintained that leaving his family early isn’t an option for him and he doesn’t want to be a burden for them which is why he decided to do what’s best for his body.</p><p>“Ayoko sila iwan ng maaga. Ayoko alagaan nila ako dahil di ko na kaya alagaan ang sarili ko. Ayokong magkasakit tapos sila mamomroblema sa pagpapagamot sa akin,” he shared.</p><p>“So hanggang sa makakaya ko, aalagaan ko ang sarili ko...para ako ang mag-aalaga sa kanila hanggang dulo,” he ended.</p><p>Fans of the Parokya ni Edgar frontman expressed in the comment section how they’re proud of the choices he’s been making.
