We need to accept that it’s different from everyone and just go with what you feel like is best for your kid.&quot;Elisse admitted that balancing motherhood and career is challenging but the journey is worth it.&quot;Actually it&#x27;s not easy. Kung ano &#x27;yung nakikita niyo sa social media is not all that. Siyempre hindi rin naman din mapakita lahat but at the end of the day it&#x27;s all worthwhile,&quot; she said.On the biggest adjustment she had to do when she became a parent, she relayed: &quot;Pinakamahirap na masasabi kong adjustment is the balancing act. &#x27;Yung time, &#x27;yung scheduling, working, and also being hands on kaya saludo talaga ako sa mga moms who are able to do just that.&quot;Despite the challenges, Elisse remarked that it is such a joy to see her daughter, Felize, evolve and grow.  &quot;She&#x27;s doing great. Every day napapansin ko ang bilis &#x27;yung mga mga little things na nagagawa na niya, na kaya na niyang gawin. And masasabi ko na sobrang bilis talaga pala ng pacing ng mga bata ngayon,&quot; she stated.
