Kim Chiu’s nieces treat her with their own money: ‘I can’t even put into words how touched I am’

<p>Kapamilya star Kim Chiu gets a surprise from her nieces, Raine and Liam, as they treated her to a birthday lunch using their own money. The two nieces expressed how this was their way of giving back to their ‘Mama Kim’ who has been doing so much for them ever since.</p><p>“Whenever someone has birthdays kasi it’s always her treating us out for lunch or dinner. We want to be the ones treating her out naman on her birthday,” Raine shared.</p><p>Raine and Liam tried different ways of saving up for the birthday lunch, with the latter selling clamps and splitting her allowance just to save the money. Raine, on the other hand, wouldn’t touch her allowance and just eat home cooked meals for her lunches in school.</p><p>“We’re treating Mama Kim because she’s done a lot for us since bata pa kami. She&#x27;s been there talaga for us. She also pays for a lot of stuff. For example, school. Like minsan pinapasyal kami kasi she really wants to spend time with us and then she sets time to spend time with us. We want to give her happiness too in her life, like what she did to us, and support her in life all the time like how she supported us–– for making us happy on all of our birthdays, we want that as well,” Liam added.</p><p>Apart from paying for Kim’s lunch, the two nieces also bought flowers for her, which the Kapamilya actress emotionally accepted. </p><p>In her post, Kim expressed how touched she was with the gesture of her two nieces who are only 15 and 11 years old, respectively. She shared that this was the “sweetest, most thoughtful, and heart-melting gift” she received. </p><p>“I can’t even put into words how touched I am. The tita in me was like 😭. It may seem small to others, but to me, it’s everything… HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, indeed. 🎂 Thank you, Raine and Liam. I love you both SO MUCH. Always and forever. I will always be here for you,” Kim wrote. </p>
