<p>Bianca Gonzalez opened up about her internal struggles as a host, sharing how she remains her own toughest critic.</p><p>In an Instagram post, Bianca admitted to often scrutinizing her performance after every show. &quot;Not a lot of people know that I am my own harshest critic when it comes to my work.
