<p>MANILA -- Cristopher Diwata, who rose to fame for his viral impersonation of Hollywood actor Taylor Lautner on &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime&quot; more than a decade ago, is now a proud car owner.</p><p>This, after a flurry of brand deals went his way in the wake of his newfound fame.</p><p>The good news was shared by his wife, Ronalyn Diwata, on TikTok with photos of their family beside the purchased car.</p><p>&quot;Thank you sa mga sumuporta sa asawa ko mula noon until now,&quot; she said.</p><div><div style="left:0;width:100%;height:0;position:relative;padding-bottom:75%"><iframe src="//iframely.net/bi4Cp4y8" style="top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;position:absolute;border:0" allowfullscreen="" scrolling="no"></iframe></div></div><p>Ronalyn added that her husband would no longer be stressed coming to his events.</p><p>Diwata gained fame after the resurfacing of his 2013 impersonation of Lautner, who played Jacob Black in the hit vampire film &quot;Twilight.&quot; His segment occurred on It&#x27;s Showtime&#x27;s &quot;Kalokalike Face 2: Level Up.&quot;</p><p>He is now booked and busy, with brand deals and event guestings.</p><p>In an interview with MJ Felipe, he said he was not affected by the newfound fame: &quot;Sabi nga natin bilog ang mundo, at iikot at iikot din yan. Malay natin sa susunod kayo naman ang nasa itaas.&quot;</p><p>Recently, the OG Taylor Lautner reacted to the trend after a netizen commented on his TikTok post implying that he notices everything but the trend, to which the actor affirmed by saying, &quot;Yup, but it&#x27;s not [your] fault, it&#x27;s mine.&quot; </p>
