<p>From on-screen partners to friends — this was how the relationship of<em> Only We Know</em> stars Charo Santos and Dingdong Dantes has evolved after working on their upcoming movie.  </p><div> </div><p>Charo and Dingdong took a lie detector challenge for the <em></em>Rec.Create <em></em>Channel, alternately asking and answering questions that revolved around their movie and work relationship. </p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="670" height="377" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/e9hv9ZBTFSU" title="Dingdong Dantes and Charo Santos Play a Lie Detector Drinking Game | Filipino | Rec•Create" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div> </div><p>“A journey of discovery, becoming comfortable with each other, and becoming friends. We passed the getting-to-know-you stage, the awkward stage, mas comfortable na kami,” Charo admitted.  </p><div> </div><p>Dingdong also shared the same sentiment, saying their connection on- and off-screen grew deeper.  </p><div> </div><p>“Masaya ‘yung aming experience working with together. Maganda kasi &#x27;yung usapan namin kumbaga mas lumalim ‘yung pagkakakilala namin sa isa’t isa,” he said. </p><div> </div><p>The actor admitted that the warming up process that they went through was not easy, but it was beneficial to their chemistry.  </p><div> </div><p>“’Yung totoo, mahirap &#x27;yung warming up pero after ‘nun sobrang smooth na,” he said. “Pero mas masaya ‘yung may konting warming up kasi kung wala &#x27;yun parang ang corny din.” </p><div> </div><p>Charo reaffirmed her on-screen partner’s statement, saying, “it really takes a while for him to warm up.” </p><div> </div><p>“Tahimik siya, which can give the impression na he is intimidating,” she said. “Kasi you’ll wonder why hindi [siya] nagsasalita. Nag-me-method acting ba siya? But it takes a while for him to warm up.” </p><div> </div><p>In an interview with Boy Abunda last May, Charo revealed how working on her character brought her some feelings of nostalgia.  </p><div><br/></div><p>&quot;Nakaka-bagets kasi parang you imagine that you are going back to your high school years. There&#x27;s you meet this dashing young man [na] nasa harap mo. ‘Wow (ang) gwapo naman nito,’ &#x27;yung ganun.
