In one of the clips she posted, the two were seen happily bonding at the pool. </p><p>“It has been an adventure for us and I can’t wait to do even more with you. Thank you for doing life with me,” she added.</p><p>Charlie maintained how appreciative she is for Carlo who has been steadfast through all the joys and challenges that they have been through as a couple.</p><p>“I&#x27;m always grateful for your presence — for being my rock through our ups and downs, for bringing out the best in me. I see you, your effort, and your heart,” she said. </p><p>“Here’s to us — perfectly imperfect, raw, and full of love,” she ended. </p><p>Friends and fans of the couple congratulated them for their anniversary in the comment section.
