Ralph de Leon on netizens ‘fantasizing' about him: ‘I think we can all take it with a grain of salt’

With his irresistible charm and lovable personality, its no wonder Ralph de Leon has won the hearts of several netizens.  

During the Star Magic Spotlight press conference on Monday, July 14, the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition second placer shared his thoughts on netizens “fantasizing” about him.  

“Actually, nakita ko ‘yung mga edits, ‘yung mga posts about my body and the bodies of the other housemates. And I think we all can take it with a grain of salt. Siyempre there are boundaries to everything,” he said.  

Ralph emphasized: “As long as it’s done with respect, siyempre I appreciate it also.” 

The 24-year-old actor said he is open to accepting mature roles in the future. 

“With regards to the project naman, if it’s a good project, if it’s something that I really wanna do and it requires also for me to show some skin, then why not?” he said.  

Now back in the outside world, Ralph plans to hone his acting skills more to be the “best version of himself on screen.” 

“Siyempre, it’s gonna be a lot of work. I’m gonna keep doing workshops, keep improving my craft. And I feel like, if ever magkaroon ng project, serye man yan o movie, I really will prepare,” he said. 

For him, it’s important to reciprocate the trust that people have given him. 

“Kung sino man po ang magtitiwala sa akin, I will make sure not to let them down. And I feel like I will do the same with anything else I do in my life whether it’s sa work or sa relationships,” he said.  

Reflecting on his PBB experience, the actor said his victory on the reality show is a testament to “God’s perfect timing.” 

 “The biggest lesson I learned talaga was to trust in God’s perfect timing. Mas napalapit talaga ako to my faith here in the house kasi when I can’t run to anyone else with my problems or my thoughts, who else better to go to than Him?” he said.  

 “Grabe rin yung naging journey dito, grabe rin ‘yung na-evict na ako lahat lahat tapos nakabalik pa ako tapos nakapasok pa ako ng Big 4, all of that I feel like it’s because of him also. All of that is because of him. In his timing talaga, everything will fall into place,” he added.
